What we sell
- The Award Travel Playbook — a digital ebook (PDF) delivered instantly after purchase.
- Award Flight Search — a paid research service where we search for award flight availability based on the trip details and loyalty program information you provide, and deliver a written report by email.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
Award travel depends on airline inventory, loyalty program rules, and pricing that change constantly and are entirely outside our control. By purchasing the Award Flight Search service, you understand and agree that:
- We provide research and recommendations, not bookings, ticketing, or any guarantee that a specific flight, price, or award will remain available by the time you attempt to book it
- Award availability can disappear within minutes; we are not responsible for seats that become unavailable after our report is delivered
- You are responsible for verifying availability directly with the airline or loyalty program, and for completing your own point transfers and booking
- We are not a travel agency and do not hold IATA or airline booking credentials; we do not book, ticket, or take payment on your behalf for any flight
Payment
All prices are listed in USD and processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total.

You agree not to use this Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or the information you submit, or to attempt to resell our services to others without our written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reward Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services — including, without limitation, changes in award availability, pricing, airline policy, or any loss arising from a booking you make based on our research. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you are a consumer located outside India, nothing in this section limits any consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country or state that cannot be waived by agreement.
